Note: If the Calc price field is set to YES for the element line, the cost price on the element line will be updated when the product cost calculation has been made.
- Select the Work with projects menu item.
- You access Work with project orders. Select the project you want to work with and click Details.
- You access Phase maintenance. Select the phase you want to work with and click Elements. (Tip: You can also access the element level of the project by clicking the Level function key on the Work with project orders panel and then selecting the Element level).
- You access Phase element maintenance. Select the element line for which you want to perform a product costing and click Struct. Note: This is only possible for element lines with manufactured items for which an item structure exists.
- You access Structure maintenance. Click Product costing to start the product costing of the project/quotation material and operation structure.
- On Project product costing complete the following fields:
- Print report
- Indicate if a report of the result of the project/quotation product costing should be printed.
- Display prod costing
- Indicate if the Product costing enquiry should be accessed after the product costing has been calculated.
Click OK to print the report or to access the enquiry. You will return to the Structure maintenance panel. Exit the routine.
Note: If you choose to view the enquiry you will access the Product costing enquiry. Click OK to return to the Structure maintenance panel.
