This panel lists the various numbers (fax, telephone and modem) through which you can reach the office of your business partner and the business partner’s contact persons. In addition to this, it lists other contact details in respect of e-mail and cell phone. The different mediums of communication are referred to as client types.

Selection fields
- Type
- This column lists all the client types that have been activated for this business partner contact.
- Number
- This column lists the telephone/fax/modem/e-mail/GSM SMS numbers or addresses for each client type.
- Name
- This column lists all the users/contacts that have been set as default contact persons for the business partner’s role(s) or the location to which the client type has been directed.
- Default
- If this column is set to YES, it denotes that the client type to which it corresponds has been set as the default for this business partner.

This panel displays the details of the various numbers through which you can reach your business partner.
- Number
- Displays the number and description of the selected business partner.
- Type
- Indicates the type of number you selected. For example:
- PHONE
- FAX
- MODEM
- ACCEMAIL (Accelio e-mail)
- MAIL (AMT e-mail)
- SMS
- GSM
- OTHER
- Number
- Displays the number of the selected type.
- Name
- Displays the name or location to which the selected number type is directed, e.g. an office or a contact person.
- Default number
- Indicates if the selected number is defined as the default number for contacting your business partner.
- Additional text
- Displays any additional text for the business partner or contact, for informational purposes.
