- Select the Report manufacturing orders menu item.
- You access Manufacturing order reporting. (Note: You can also click Production reporting on the Manufacturing order detail planning panel to access this panel). Complete the following fields:
- Reporting date
- Enter the date of the downtime.
- Reporting type
- Indicate what reporting function is to be started by ticking one of the following: Operations, Other cost, Down time or Group order reporting. For this task, tick Down time.
- You access Production downtime reporting. Complete the following fields:
- Work centre
- Enter a work centre for the downtime reporting.
- Number of hours
- Enter the number of hours of the downtime. Note: You can report several downtimes at the same time.
- On the second Production downtime reporting panel, complete the following field:
- Confirm:
- Set this field to YES to confirm the reported downtime. Note: If you set this field to NO, you can change the reported information.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Click OK. The system updates the reported downtime and clears the panel. Exit the routine.
