Report downtime for work centres

  1. Select the Report manufacturing orders menu item.
  2. You access Manufacturing order reporting. (Note: You can also click Production reporting on the Manufacturing order detail planning panel to access this panel). Complete the following fields:
  3. Reporting date
    Enter the date of the downtime.
    Reporting type
    Indicate what reporting function is to be started by ticking one of the following: Operations, Other cost, Down time or Group order reporting. For this task, tick Down time.

    Click OK.

  4. You access Production downtime reporting. Complete the following fields:
  5. Work centre
    Enter a work centre for the downtime reporting.
    Number of hours
    Enter the number of hours of the downtime. Note: You can report several downtimes at the same time.

    Click OK.

  6. On the second Production downtime reporting panel, complete the following field:
  7. Confirm:
    Set this field to YES to confirm the reported downtime. Note: If you set this field to NO, you can change the reported information.

    Click OK. The system updates the reported downtime and clears the panel. Exit the routine.
