Regardless of which method you chose to monitor calibration (i.e. Calibration point/counter or date-related), you must manually print a Calibration report to track the need for calibration. Note: You can only print one Calibration report per day and tool.
- Select the Work with reports/jobs – MFG Basic data menu item.
- You access Work with batch jobs. Select CALIB_REP (Calibration report) and click Submit job.
- You access Tools and fixtures calibration report.
Complete the selection fields with the relevant information to narrow down the selection or, alternatively, leave all fields blank.
Complete the printer queue and job queue related fields as desired and submit the job.
The system will select all tools meeting the following criteria and print a list outlining the selected tools:
- Calibration point has been reached (if using the Calibration point/counter method), and/or
- Next calibration date has been reached (if using the Calibration date method).
