Selection fields
- Wage group
- Displays the wage group code and description.
- Employee
- Date
- Displays the date of the day balance from which the transaction is created.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type transferred to the payroll system.
- Hours
- If day balances are summed up when sent to the payroll, this field displays the total hours of the summed balances. If day balances are not summed up the field contains the value of the day balance record.
- Hours per day
- When summing balances there is an option only to sum up balances with equal number of hours. If this option is used, the value of the equal hours is shown in this field.
- Days/Pieces
- When summing up balances there is an option to count the number of balances that are summed up to one total. If this option is used, the number of balance records is shown in this field.
