- Wage type
- Enter a code from Work with wage types. For existing records in Change mode, this field cannot be changed.
The following codes describe different types of wage types. These codes are used for selecting wage types and for summation in reports.
Wage type | Description |
---|---|
Presence | Indicate if the wage type is presence. |
Absence | Indicate if the wage type is absence. |
Flexi-time | Indicate if the wage type is flexi-time. |
Overtime | Indicate if the wage type is overtime. |
Inconvenient hours | Indicate if the wage type is inconvenient hours. |
Break | Indicate if the wage type is break. |
Extra | Indicate a user-defined grouping of wage types. This code is free for user-defined grouping of wage types and does not exist in the standard software. |
- Accumulate balances
- Indicate if period balances should be created from day balances for the wage type.
- Balances type/check
- Enter a code, indicating which type or level of balance that is used when minimum and maximum tests are performed for the wage type. The values are:
Code Description 1 Period 2 Year 3 Total
- Frequency for test
- Enter a code, indicating when the minimum and maximum test should be performed. The values are:
Code Description 1 Daily 2 At end of wage period 3 At end of wage year
- Check minimum limit
- Indicate if the wage type balance should be checked against the minimum time limit.
- Time
- Enter the minimum time limit in hours. If the wage type balance is less than the minimum limit, the difference is added to the new wage type in the Wage type field and the balance is set equal to the minimum limit.
- Wage type
- Enter a wage type, from Work with wage types, where the difference between balance and minimum limit is put. If no wage type is entered the difference is lost.
- Check maximum limit
- Indicate if the wage type balance should be checked against the maximum time limit.
- Time
- Enter the maximum time limit in hours. If the wage type balance is greater than the maximum limit, the difference is added to the new wage type in the Wage type field and the balance is set equal to the maximum limit.
- Wage type
- Enter the new wage type, from Work with wage types, where the difference between balance and maximum limit is put. If no wage type is entered the difference is lost.
