In this program you start the generation of employee calendars for a specified time interval. Existing entries are re-created if the date is not processed. This enables you to regenerate the calendar if the schemes in a standard week, or a rolling scheme, are changed.
- Scheme group
- Enter the scheme group interval. If no selection on scheme group is made, leave the field blank.
- Employee
- Enter the employee number interval. If no selection on employee number is made, leave the field blank.
- Date
- Enter the start and end date for calendar generation. The start date must be less than or equal to the end date.
- Use rolling scheme
- Set to NO if standard weeks should be used to generate the calendar. Set to YES if a rolling scheme should be used to generate the calendar.
- Rolling scheme
- Enter a value from Work with rolling schemes.
- Start sequence
- Enter the sequence number of the entry in the rolling scheme used for the start date. If no value is entered, the sequence number of the first entry in the scheme structure is retrieved.
