From this panel you can maintain wage groups, specify which time codes that are valid for a wage group, and specify which wage types should be transferred to the payroll system.
Options
| Wage types | Select this option to specify wage types to be transferred to the payroll system. |
| Time codes | Select this option to specify which time codes are valid for the wage group. |
Selection fields
- Wage group
- Displays the wage group code.
- Period
- Displays the code of the period definition used by the wage group.
- Balance selection
- Displays the balance selection code that refers to a set of predefined selection rules used when employees belonging to the wage group are making balance enquiries.
- Flx/Pres
- Indicates if flexitime will be added to or subtracted from presence time. If the value is NO, flexitime will have no influence on presence time.
- Flx/Ovt
- This code controls the influence of flexitime on overtime. The following values are allowed:
- Exp. pres
- Displays the wage type for expected presence time. If a value is entered, expected presence time will be transferred to the payroll system with this wage type.
- Act. pres
- Displays the wage type for actual presence time. If a value is entered, actual presence time will be transferred to the payroll system with this wage type.
