On this panel the measurement history for a service object is stored making it available for history controls and calculations. When a new reading is updated in the Service order job close or Service object maintenance routines, a new history record is created in this file.

Selection fields
- Item
- Displays the item code for the service object.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number that identifies the service object.
- Dispatch date
- Displays the date when the service object was dispatched.

On this panel the measurement history details for the selected record are displayed. Reporting and invoicing information is maintained here and only manually.
- Item
- Displays the item code for the service object.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number that identifies the service object.
- Dispatch date
- Displays the date when the service object was dispatched.
- Measurement type
- Displays the measurement type that is used for the reading.
- Description
- Displays the description of the measurement type.
- Reading
- Displays the reading for the object/measurement type combination.
- Creation date
- Displays the date when the reading for this measurement history was created.
- Changed date
- If any of the values in Reported by customer, Invoiced or Invoiced date is changed, this field is updated with the current date.
- Maintained by
- If any of the values in Reported by customer, Invoiced or Invoiced date is changed, this field is updated with the current user.
- Reported by customer
- Indicates if the measurement was reported by the customer. This field is for informational purposes only.
- Invoiced
- Indicates if the service order that includes this measurement has been invoiced. This field is for informational purposes only. Note: If you set this field to YES, you must complete Invoiced date
- Invoiced date
- Mandatory entry if you set Invoiced to YES. Indicates the date when the service order was invoiced.
