On this panel you can view and maintain the different history events of the service object. History codes in the span between “01” and “18” are pre-loaded by the system. They correspond to specific events (creation of service object, service agreement assigned, warranty assigned, etc.) and are automatically updated when this event occurs. In addition to this, it is possible to define your own history codes which have to be manually updated on the service object as they occur.

This panel is used to add, maintain and view service object history information.
- Date
- Enter a date referring to when this event took place.
- History code
- Enter a code from the Object history code table. Note: The history codes between numbers 01 and 18 are pre-loaded and automatically updated by the system. Manually entered (user-defined) object history codes, however, must be updated manually.
- Text
- Enter text to further specify the event.
