This panel displays all agreement types that have been entered into the system.

Selection fields
- Type
- This column lists the existing agreement types.
- Item
- Displays a code from the Item file, indicating the service item that will be used when generating agreement invoices created from the type.
- Estimated unit price
- Displays the estimated unit price that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement created from the type.
- Response time
- Displays the response time that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement created from the type. This time type indicates the promised response time to the customer.
- Completion time
- Displays the completion time that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement created from the type. The completion time type indicates the promised problem solution time to the customer.
- Price change %
- Displays the price change percentage to be used when recalculating agreement prices. This value can represent either an increase or a deduction in percentage.
Work with agreement types (SOR02504)
On this panel you define conditions for agreement types. The agreement type is used in the Agreement file to define common information used in the agreements, e.g., when generating agreement invoices.

- Service item
- Enter a code from the Item file, indicating the service item that will be used when generating agreement invoices. Note: The service item must be defined as a service agreement fee in the Service item group table.
- Estimated unit price
- Enter the estimated unit price that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement.
- Response time type
- Enter the response time that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement. This time type indicates the promised response time to the customer.

- Enter the completion time that will be copied (unless found on object level) to the object when assigning an object to a service agreement. The completion time type indicates the promised problem solution time to the customer.
