Manufacturing order enquiry, Operation, Op times in decimal/minutes (PRO201J)

The purpose of this program is to display detailed information about manufacturing order operation.

Function keys

Reporting currency View the amount in reporting currency. This function key is only displayed if a reporting currency is defined in Work with companies and if the currency defined has a fixed exchange rate, i.e. the Fixed exchange rate field is set to YES in the Work with currencies file for this currency.
Minutes/Decimals Toggle between hours and minutes and hours and decimals for the operation times.
Equations View the equations that are used for the operation.
Reported values View the reported time values for the operation.

The code indicates the status of the manufacturing order.

Work centre

Run and labour
The run and labour time in hours for the operation, i.e. the planned time to be spent on the operation. If Workload planning type in the Work centre file is set to type 1, run and labour time together with internal set-up time will be the base to calculate the workload for the work centre. The workload is actually calculated both for run and labour and machine time. You can enquire about both the run and labour and machine time in the enquiry function for workload.

Machine time
The machine time in hours for the operation, i.e. the planned time to be spent on the operation. If Workload planning type in the Work centre file is set to type 2, machine time together with internal set-up time will be the base to calculate the workload for the work centre. The workload is actually calculated both for run and labour and machine time. You can enquire about both the run and labour and machine time in the enquiry function for workload.

Planned start
The planned start date. This is calculated by the system with help from the operation times on the operation list using the completion date or start date as the starting point. This field also displays the time when the operation is planned to be started.

Note: The start time textbox is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.

Planned completion
The planned completion date. This is calculated by the system with help from the operation times on the operation list using the completion date or start date as its starting point. This field also displays the time when the operation is planned to be completed.

Reporting calc
This field is used to calculate run/labour, machine or approved quantity at manufacturing order operation reporting. The code indicates the type of calculation to be used for this operation.

Valid codes are:

Code Description
1 No suggestion calculated
2 Time will be calculated
3 Approved quantity will be calculated
Reporting operation
Indicates if operation times should be reported for this operation. If this field is set to NO, the operation times will be backflushed when the next operation is reported. This means that by setting reporting points at certain operations the system will backflush the reporting for all operation from present operation to the previous reporting operation (milestone).
Sub-contract
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. Indicates if the operation is sub-contract, i.e. is used for creation of purchase order.
Supplier
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. This is the supplier if the operation is a sub-contract operation.
Sub-contract price
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. This is the sub-contract price. If the price is stated it will be used for costing in product costing, manufacturing order costing. It is also used when the purchase order is created from the manufacturing order sub-contract maintenance function.
Subc set-up price
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. This is the sub-contract set-up price. The set-up price will be used in the product costing in Manufacturing order costing. It is also used when the purchase order is created from the Manufacturing order sub-contract maintenance function.
Technology code
The production technology code can be used as a base operation detail planning for manufacturing orders to set the base run priority.
Purchase order
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. This is the purchase order number if a sub-contract operation is connected.
Overlapping type
The code indicates the overlapping type that is used to overlap to the next operation. This type, in combination with the overlapping value, is used to calculate the planned start and completion date.

Overlapping
The overlapping value (quantity or percentage) that is used to define the overlapping to the next operation.
No of resources
The number of resources per job to be used for this operation. This information is used to calculate the time per day that a manufacturing order operation can be planned. If Workl planning type is set to 1 (Run/labour) in the Work centre file, displays the resources up to the value entered in Man factor but not higher. If Workl planning type is set to 2 (Machine) in the Work centre file, displays resources up to the value entered in Number of machines but not higher. Note: This field overrides the number of resources that is entered in the Work centre file.
Queue time
The queue time for this operation that is used as the time before starting current operation. If queue time is entered this is a override value from work centre.
Transport time
The transport time for this operation that is used as a time after completion of current operation. If transport time is entered this is a override value from work centre.
Cc amount
The total cost control amount for the operation.
Approved quantity
The reported approved quantity of the operation.
Pc amount
The total product costing amount for the operation.
Scrapped
The reported scrapped quantity of the operation.
