The purpose of this program is to work with block orders. Block orders are used for creating weekly or monthly manufacturing orders with default values. Using block orders you do not need to create separate manufacturing orders each time an item is to be produced. When the block order is created there are two interactive ways of creating manufacturing orders. You can either select the Create M-order option or click the Create orders function key. A batch function also exists from where manufacturing orders can be created. Clicking the Create orders function key only processes block orders that are defined with frequency 1, 2 or 3. Before each manufacturing order is created a selection prompt is displayed.
