Material/Capacity clearance (PRO011D)

The purpose of this program is to view material or capacity clearance for a produced item. The purpose is also to find out when it is possible to deliver a requested item and quantity (if the production starts today). The best date for production and delivery is displayed.

Item
Variant
Warehouse
This value is defaulted from the user profile. If the field is left blank the main warehouse from the DIS control file is used.
Quantity
Calculate all levels
Indicates if all produced items (item type 1 or 2) in the item structure should be calculated. If this field is set to YES, it will be possible to toggle down to the lowest level of the item structure. Note: The produced item must, however, be defined with YES for Avail check BOM or Avail check BOR in the Item file. If not, the item will be treated as a component and lower level material and operations will not be handled. Leave this field set to NO, if material clearance should be made according to the Bill of material for the selected item/variant/warehouse.
Critical resrcs only
This field is only displayed if the IBS Manufacturing finite planning functionality is activated in Work with companies. Indicates if only critical resources should be taken into consideration when controlling if capacity exists to produce the entered quantity. This value is defaulted from the MFG control file. If this field is set to NO, capacity clearance will be made for all resources.
