Manufacturing order batch clearance, Overview (PRO011B)

This panel displays the manufacturing orders that have been selected for batch clearance. Depending on the order selection on the previous panel, either orders with status 05 (batch clearance), or 00 (preliminary manufacturing order), or both are displayed on this panel. The orders will get status 10 (ready) when they have been released.

Options

Release Select this option to release the manufacturing order. Note: If you select this option, then the shortage code can be either 2 or 3 for both components and sub-assemblies.
Order maintenance Select this option to maintain the manufacturing order header information.
M-order enq Select this option to view the manufacturing order.
Material Select this option to view the material list of the manufacturing order and shortage of material.
Time axis Select this option to view the time axis for the item on the manufacturing order.
Capacity Select this option to view the capacity needed for the order.
Exclude Select this option to remove the manufacturing order from the batch clearance selections.

Function keys

Refresh/Re-calculate Re-calculate the selected manufacturing orders and view them in chronological order.
Release all Release all manufacturing orders that do not have a shortage of material. Note: Only those orders with shortage code 3 will be released.
Used items View all included material for all selected manufacturing orders.
Only Shortage/all Toggle between viewing all manufacturing orders and the manufacturing orders that have a shortage of material.
Warehouse
The selected warehouse.
Sales order
The selected sales order number.
Project
This field is only displayed if the IBS Project Management functionality is activated in Work with companies. The selected project number.
Dep section
The selected department section.
Planner
The selected planner id.
M-order
St date to
The selected horizon date.
Order type
Order number
Start date
St
The code indicates the status of the manufacturing order.

Valid codes are:

The code indicates if there is a shortage of components.

Valid codes are:

Code Description
1 Shortage. Note: It is not possible to release the manufacturing order when the code is set to 1.
2 Shortage, but open purchase order exists to cover the requirement and no sales order requirement exists for the item.
3 No shortage

The code indicates if there is a shortage of sub-assembly items.
