Manufacturing order detail planning, Total priority, Op times in decimal/minutes (PRO004B)

The purpose of this program is to plan the run priority and sequence of manufacturing order within a specific work centre. This panel displays operations for current work centre, sorted in sequence of run priority (descending), run sequence and planned start date.

Options

Header Select this option to view the manufacturing order header.
BOR Select this option to view the manufacturing order bill of routing.
Print op cards Select this option to print the operation card.
Reporting Select this option to report time and quantity for the operation.
Re-sch oper Select this option to re-schedule the operation. The prompt for entering new planning start date or planning completion date will be displayed.
Issue Select this option to issue material to the operation.
QC rep Select this option to report a quality control result. This option is only valid if the MQC-OPER Manufacturing quality control at oper reporting function is activated in the Function control file, and if conformity criteria are connected to the operation.

Function keys

Production reporting Start the production reporting function.
Minutes/Decimals Toggle between hours and minutes and hours and decimals for the operation times.
Reporting via TIME Start the time/operation reporting function. This function key is only valid if IBS Time is installed and activated.

The time when the operation is planned to be started. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.

The time when the operation is planned to be completed. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
Description
Remaining time
The remaining time of the operation. This displays the run and labour time or machine time depending on the Workload planning type field for the work centre.
Set-up
The remaining internal set-up time.

Remaining quantity
The remaining quantity. Remaining quantity is manufacturing order quantity minus the reported approved quantity and the scrapped quantity for the current operation.

St
The code indicates the status of the operation.
