On this panel you can report material reception for a selected alternative item/co-product. Alternative products can, for example, be defined if the quality of the produced end item varies. Instead of scrapping the non-conforming items you define them as alternative. The normal item and the alternative items are separated by different item codes.

If the STKOWNER (Stock Ownership) function is activated in the Function control file, the warehouse entered must be classified as a normal or trade (logical) warehouse (i.e. the Warehouse characteristic flag in Work with warehouses must be set to 1 (normal) or 2 (trade). See About the stock ownership functionality for more information.
- Quantity
- The planned reception quantity for the alternative item/co-product.
- Produced qty
- The total previously reported quantity in stock unit, including approved and NCC quantity.
- Approved qty
- The approved quantity in stock unit.
- NCC quantity
- The quality controlled quantity. If the quantity is entered, the quality control function will appear immediately after the registration. Note: This field is not displayed if this function is called from reception of a group order or if the order quantity is negative.
- Complete
- Indicates if this is the last reception for the alternative item/co-product. If this field is set to YES, the remaining planned reception quantity for the alternative item/co-product will be removed, and the status of the alternative item/co-product will be changed to 60 (closed).
- Order compl
- Indicates if this is the last reception that is made on the manufacturing order. If this field is set to YES, the manufacturing order will be closed (order status is set to 60) and all reservation and workload will be removed.
- Stock unit
- The stock unit of the item. Indicates if the quantity is entered in stock unit (if set to YES) or structure unit (if set to NO). See Structure unit handling for more information.
- Bin location
- This field is only used for non-Warehouse Management items. Mandatory entry if the item is under batch control and a quantity has been entered for a batch, which does not exist. The bin location in which the batch controlled item is stored.
- Cost price
- The cost price for the reception. Mandatory entry if no cost price exists and reception quantity has been entered.
- Zone
- This field is only displayed if IBS Warehouse Management is installed and the item is classified as a warehouse management item. The warehouse zone in which the received quantity should be put. If reception quantity is left blank this field should be left blank.
- Location
- This field is only displayed if IBS Warehouse Management is installed and the item is classified as a warehouse management item. The location, from the Location table, in which the received quantity should be put. If reception quantity is left blank this field should be left blank.
- Batch
- The batch number to which the batch controlled items belong. See Batch number for more information.
- Reason code
- Rec date
- The date indicates when the reception is made.
- Text
- The information text that will be stored in the inventory transaction history record.
