This panel displays the transport notes that have previously been printed. On this panel you are able to reprint, change and enter text for a transport note.
Note: Only transport notes that were printed with the Allow re-print field set to YES are retrieved to this program.

- Transport note
- This column lists the transport note numbers.
- Date
- This column lists the dates of the transport notes.
- Whs
- This column lists the warehouse codes of the transport notes.
- Customer
- This column lists the customer codes of the transport notes.
- Name
- This column lists the customer names of the transport notes.
- T
- This column indicates if header level text exists for the related transport note.
- Invoice number
- This column lists the invoice numbers on the transport notes.
- Reason of transport
- This column lists the reason of transport codes on the transport notes.
- Description reason of transport
- This column lists the descriptions of the reason of transport codes.
- Shipping agent 1-3
- These columns lists the shipping agents assigned to the transport note shipments.
- Purchase order number
- This column lists the purchase order numbers of the transport notes.
Work with transport note (ITDD11504)
Note:
On this panel you maintain a previously printed transport note before reprinting. You can, e.g., indicate if the shipment contains one or two types of packages and how many packages of each. A reason of transport must be defined.
Function keys

- Transport note
- Displays the selected transport note number.
- Date
- Displays the transport note date.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse code of the transport note and a description.
- Customer
- Displays the customer code of the transport note and a description.
- Transport date
- Displays the transport date of the shipment, but can be changed.
- Transport time
- Displays the transport time of the shipment. The time of the confirmation is defaulted, but can be changed.
- Reason of transport
- Indicates the reason of transport. The field can be changed. Mandatory entry, if a reason of transport is not previously defined.
- Number of packages 1
- Indicates how many packages the shipment contains of package type 1, if more than one. The field can be changed.
- Package type 1
- Displays a type from Work with package types indicating the first type of package.
- Number of packages 2
- Indicates how many packages the shipment contains of package type 2, if more than one. The field can be changed.
- Package type 2
- Displays a type from Work with package types indicating the second type of package.
- Gross volume
- Displays the gross volume of the shipment. The field can be changed.
- Gross weight
- Displays the gross weight of the shipment. The field can be changed.
- Net weight
- Displays the net weight of the shipment. The field can be changed.
- Shipping agent 1-3
- Displays the shipping agent(s) assigned to the shipment. The fields can be changed.

- This column lists the transport note lines.
- Order number
- This column lists the order numbers included on the transport note.

- Displays the line number of the related order.

- Displays the confirmed quantity of the related order line.

- This column indicates if text exists for the transport note line.

- Displays the description of the item of the related order line.
