- Asset
- Displays the selected fixed asset number for the enquiry, along with the sequence number if entered, and a description.
- Depreciation type
- Displays the selected depreciation type for the enquiry.
- Asset type & group
- Displays the asset type and group of the selected asset.
- Quantity
- Displays the asset quantity.
- Acquisition date
- Displays the acquisition date of the selected asset, i.e. the purchase/voucher date.
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier number and name of the selected asset.
- Invoice date
- Displays the supplier invoice date of the selected asset.
- Invoice number
- Displays the supplier invoice number of the selected asset.
- First depr period
- Displays the first depreciation period for the asset and depreciation type.
- Document number
- Displays the document number from the supplier invoice of the selected asset.
- Heading location 1
- Displays the heading location class 1 as defined in the ASM control file.
- Acquisition value
- Displays the acquisition value of the selected asset.
- Depr rate curve
- Displays the depreciation rate curve, if the selected asset and depreciation type use a rate curve.
Disposed asset
The information in this section is only shown if the selected asset is a disposed asset.
- Disposal type
- Displays the disposal type description.
- Disposal date
- Displays the disposal date.
- Invoice no/date
- Displays the document number and date of the disposal.
- Customer
- Displays the customer number and name of the disposal.
- Disposal amount
- Displays the disposal amount.

Note:
On this panel you view depreciation history information for the asset. The depreciation information is displayed per year. If the asset has been split, then an additional line for the applicable year will be displayed.
- Asset
- Displays the selected fixed asset number for the enquiry, along with the sequence number if entered, and a description.
- Depreciation type
- Displays the selected depreciation type for the enquiry.
- Year
- Displays the depreciation year.
- Ordin depr %
- Displays the ordinary depreciation percentage. If a percentage is not used, then this value is calculated.
- Antic depr %
- A value is only shown if a rate curve is used. Displays the anticipated depreciation percentage.
- Total depr %
- Displays the total depreciation percentage.
- Ordinary depr amount
- Displays the ordinary depreciation amount.
- Anticipated depr amount
- Only shown if anticipated depreciation is used. Displays the anticipated depreciation amount.
- Total depr amount
- Displays the total depreciation amount.
- Residual value
- Displays the residual value.
