This panel displays the control parameters for the preparation of IBS Enterprise documents before Accelio printing, e-mail and fax.
- Platform
- The code indicates for which platform the Accelio Central is installed.

Platform Win NT
- Pipe outqueue
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 2. Displays the outqueue which is connected to an NT server where Accelio Central is installed and to which the prepared IBS Enterprise documents shall be sent.
Platform Win 9X
- Folder path level 0
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the folder name to which the prepared IBS Enterprise documents shall be sent.
- Folder path level 1
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the folder name, beneath level 0 folder, to which the prepared IBS Enterprise documents shall be sent.
- Folder path level 2
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the folder name, beneath level 0 and level 1 folder, to which the prepared IBS Enterprise documents shall be sent.
- Folder path level 3
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the folder name, beneath level 0, level 1 and level 2 folder, to which the prepared IBS Enterprise documents shall be sent.
- Series no
- Displays a series number used in Platform 3 handling to make a unique document name in the folder. This is incremented by one for each new document created and if the same document name exists in the folder.
- CCSID table name
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the CCSID table name to use for the preparation of the IBS Enterprise document to Accelio central handling. If left blank the system default table is used.
- CCSID table library
- Note: This field is only applicable if Platform is 3. Displays the library name where the CCSID table resides. If left blank the job’s library list is used.
Character identifier
- Graphic char set
- Displays the character identifier (graphic char set and code page) to be used to override (OVRPRTF command) the prepared IBS Enterprise document.
- Code page
- Displays the character identifier (graphic char set and code page) to be used to override (OVRPRTF command) the prepared IBS Enterprise document.
- Circumflex character
- Displays the circumflex character that will be used to exchange the character in the prepared IBS Enterprise document. This character precedes the Accelio keywords in the document, e.g., JOB, FIELD. The purpose of this is to more flexibly be able to handle different types of character sets in different countries.
- Dollar character
- Displays the dollar character that will be used to exchange the character in the prepared IBS Enterprise document. This character precedes the Accelio keyword PAGE in the document. It is used to reset Accelio’s page counter. The purpose of this is to more flexibly be able to handle different types of character sets in different countries.
- Env in job name Y/N
- Indicates if preparation of IBS Enterprise documents should insert the IBS Enterprise environment name in Accelio’s job name. This could be helpful if you want to have different handling of Accelio documents in different environments, e.g., another form with another logo.
- Cmp in job name Y/N
- Indicates if preparation of IBS Enterprise documents should insert the company code in Accelio’s job name. This could be helpful if you want to have different handling of Accelio documents in different companies, e.g., another form with another logo.
- Collate copies Y/N
- Indicate if the printed copies should be collated.
