This panel displays the on-line reports that are available in the system at this time.
Options
| Select | Only available if you are working in the IBS Enterprise XT Client environment. Select this option to display the on-line report. |
Selection fields
- User
- Enter a user ID to narrow down the selection to include only those reports created by a certain user.
- Report type
- Enter a report type (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6) to narrow down the selection to include only those reports with a certain report type. Only report types of which reports do exist in the system are valid.
- Report
- This column lists the existing reports.
- Version
- This column lists the existing version reports.
- Crt dte
- Displays the creation date of the report.
- Crt time
- Displays the creation time of the report.
- Description
- Displays the description of the report.
- Tp
- Displays the report type.
- User
- Displays the ID of the user that created the report.
