- Employee number
- Enter the employee number from Work with personnel.
- Order number
- Enter the manufacturing order number.
- Operation number
- Enter the operation number. The combination order number and operation number must be the key of a valid operation.
- Date
- Enter the date for the transaction.
- Time
- Enter the time for the transaction.
- Approved quantity
- Enter the approved quantity.
- Rejected quantity
- Enter the rejected quantity.
- Reason code
- Enter a code from Work with reason codes.
- Completed
- Indicate if the operation is completed or not.
