In this panel you fill the selected checklist. Those values set up as mandatory must be completed before the service job is closed. You can save the checklist with incomplete mandatory criteria but cannot close the service job without completing them. Note: If you unassign the incomplete checklist from this service job, you still will not be able to close the job. You will need to reassign the checklist and complete it before closing the job.

Selection fields
- Item
- Displays the service item id and its description for which the checklist needs to be filled.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number of the selected service item for which the checklists needs to be filled.
- Checklist
- Displays the selected checklist ID followed by its description.
- Criterion value description
- This column lists following:
- The description of the checklist criteria which is highlighted and serves as sub-heading for the checkpoints.
- The checkpoints belonging to the above checklist criteria for this checklist.
- Reported checkbox
- If the value type for the value was defined to display a checkbox during checklist reporting, this column will display a checkbox for those applicable. Check off those values that have met the minimum/maximum levels. If any values that were flagged as mandatory are not met or you do not place a check mark in the box, you will not be able to close the service job.
- Reported value
- If the value type for the value was defined to enter an alpha or numeric value during checklist reporting, this column will display the input areas in which you can enter the result. If any values that were flagged as mandatory are not met (i.e. do not fall between the minimum or maximum values) or you do not enter the result, you will not be able to close the service job.
- Text
- Indicates if any additional text related to the corresponding value is available. If set to YES, it can be viewed by selecting the Text option.
