Start restoring budget items from Mercur here. When you click OK, the job will be submitted to the job queue. You should ensure that nobody else is working in IBS Enterprise when you start this job. It should preferably be run in the evening or at night. No checks are performed against the Account file, so you should ensure that the registered budget in Mercur only contains account concepts that exist in the Account file.
